Me and my sister love Taco Bell and like many resort to it when we usually aren’t in the mood for cooking at home, so we made our way to Taco Bell placed our order through the drive-thru had a normal interaction with the cashier, when we got our food we verified that we had all our items and made our way home everything was fine until we got home and started opening the food from the wrappers that we noticed some of the food items looked like they weren’t made correctly, items that by the way are very popular, i.e. crispy cantina chicken taco, nacho fries, Crunchwrap supreme. And when we tried the nacho fries they tasted stale , we also noticed that the second order of fries was missing. We decided it would be easier to go back to this location so they could help fix our food. We had talked to the cashier and the manager and both of them heard our explanation that we were missing items, some food didn’t look quite right, and that because of all the driving back and forth our food had already gotten cold and asked if we could have it remade. The manager didn’t even acknowledge our concerns with the food and walked away from us even giving us a bit of attitude. They told us they would remake the food and so we waited my the mobile pickup parking where we waited some more. They came back with the “remade” food but it was not redone it had only been placed under a lamp and given back to us. We drove twice didn’t get to eat until and hour and a half later and dealt with difficult people with no good customer service and lack of accountability, I don’t recommend this location; save your time, money and energy.

I order the same time each time but my Mexican pizza tasted very chemically. It tasted like I mixed bleach in my food. Just so that I could eat it. I don't recommend the taste to it. Ruined my appetite with this bullshit. Tacobell fix your people.

Best experience at Taco Bell in a long time. Everyone was friendly and festive. Food was fresh and delicious.
They force you to order trough the screen that to order a taco and a drink you must go trough several selections and put your personal data. It is a stupid system. I preferred lo leave 😝
In the half hour that my son and I had lunch I saw two male homeless people put their dirty cups on the soda machine. No questions asked by employees! This has to be some kind of health or code violation! We will never eat here again.

There is some room for improvement. But overall, I'm happy.
I meet w a friend of mine weekly, & this is 1 of the places we go. I've been there twice thus far, & in my humble opinion the manager (owner? Not sure how these franchises operate these days w all the gov't forced chgs during the communist mainland Chinese gov't released virus debacle... but that's another story... God 4bid I should get distracted by our current Big Brother administration...)... but David the mgr is awesome. Very customer oriented. Makes sure everyone's order is correct, checks on them, etc. Kinda like old-school style. Anyways, the food is good, as are portions. I've been to OTHER Taco Bells where you find yourself saying "where's the beef?" NOT HERE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! ? ? ? ?
