Alli (I hope I spelled it correctly ?) has REFRESHING customer service. Today was my 1st time, while I was out completing my KW BOLD ? ? . I didn't know I needed a Refresher?, but Alli asked me about my day, I explained my mission and how exhausted I was after hours of driving and walking to achieve my goal. This place has the most helpful nice staff. The teas are a bit pricey but very good. For sure a go to place

Went by this morning to purchase a couple of teas for teachers appreciation and Angela in the front was so kind, knowledgeable, an awesome customer service. You don’t see that as much anymore especially so early in the mornings. I am definitely replacing my morning coffee with Tea2Go teas for now on.

Just tried this place for the first time today! Stephanie was AMAZING and just had great customer service! Explained teas to us and their current deals (i definitely recommend taffey tea!). I was just so impressed with her niceness and will definitely be back!

So happy to see Tea2Go in this location! Love the quality of loose leaf teas and hot teas.Every employee has been so attentive, and the drinks are made on point each time.

Just bought 3 drinks 1 of them being their new Cranberry holiday flavor.. and PLEASE don’t buy that one. Taste horrible lol like your drinking straight up fireball and cup of cinnamon. Had my normal energy drinks there which thankfully tasted great.

A must try!! Drinks are ? good and at a great price!!! Naely provided great customer service!!! (I had the Wondertea)

love love love that they opened practically in my backyard!!! so convenient that i can always get my pick me up in under 3 minutes. the ladies at this location are wonderful, so respectful, nice, and they take their time to go through the menu with you even if it isn’t your first time. I love this place and for sure will always be coming! ☕️?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! I’m loving how many stores are opening. I love the team they are the sweetest people. My favorite tea spot in this town They always greet me with welcoming smiles so knowledgeable about their products. I will continue to support this company and they have some of the best customer service I’ve seen.

I bought the fizzy atlantis and it was so refreshing and energizing, 10/10 would recommend. The environment was very chill thanks to Naely and Angela who offered wonderful service!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Asked 3 times what’s was in a drink that wasn’t on the menu. She said they had it, but wouldn’t tell us what was in it. Pulled up, she didn’t even acknowledge us. Gave us dirty looks and closed the window. No one else in line, and it took at least 10 minutes to make drinks. Handed us our drinks, and when we asked for straws, gave us another dirty look and closed the window without saying goodbye or anything. Last time coming to Zaragoza location?? 1 star because no other choice, and matcha latte was ok

We live right down the road and this was our go to for awhile but recently it hasn't been the same. The teas I have received lately have tasted very watery and we have been very disappointed when paying extra for boba and receiving like 10 at the bottom of our cups. Def not feeling like it's worth the price.
