The staff at Montecillo had amazing service. They were fast, friendly, and kindly replaced my drink due to user error. Carlos, George, Sharadan were awesome to me through the process and the strawberry banana smoothie with boba was delicious!! Music is also great.

This place takes way too long. I have come here 3 times and all 3 times it took longer than 30 minutes. Never coming here again

Was in the mood for some iced tea, and this place hit the spot 100%! I wanted something not too sweet, and they made it 50% sweet leave which was spot on for my taste. We're not from the area, and this area appears to be new so the direction to getting here was a bit odd to us. Good people and good drinks though!

The last time I visited was 5 years ago since I moved out of state and I'm not close anymore. I'm glad nothing has changed and it's still great service and atmosphere. The drinks taste great and the snacks they offer.
