We went to brunch this afternoon. Alexa was very kind and doted on our table by providing a great experience. It was delicious. Oh my gosh! I highly recommend!
honestly they have fallen off...dirty tables for over an hour, zero service unless you flag someone down and they just point at someone else saying oh they'll help you. and over an hour for two eggs and two sausage. came with no utensiles. took another 15 for those. the recipes are great! the atmosphere is great! but this is probably the worst service ever. y'all gotta work on that. I'll be back. hopefully better next time
I love the food and coffee at this place. HoWEVER, service is extremely slow. You all need to hire more people in the front. Have 2 employees who are non-stop moving but it is NOT enough. The line is long to order and they can’t stop to take orders because these are fulfilling other orders. Taking orders, making the drinks, waitressing... too much for them to handle. It took 15 minutes to order and at the time we were the only ones in line. Now the line is at least 10 people...read full review
