Worst service ever reservation at 730 didn't get seated until 845 and hour later STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY FOOD and it's 935!! Was told my table wouldn't be held for me if I was late or anyone in my party was late but here we are everyone been here since 715 and over 2 hours still haven't been served

Server named Brianna is a thief! I unfortunately lost my REAL gold earring and she decided to take it and lie about it, one I called about my missing earring they said they had found nothing and when I go in person they said they found it but smashed so she threw it away. While trying to find the earring the manger took us through the kitchen to the back knowing it was a safety hazard and the kitchen was DISGUSTING. They continued to lie and cover up for each other giving me 20 different stories . Managers and owners were covering up for each other knowing they had it and making me go back and fourth with their lies! Never again will I step a foot in those doors.

If your going because online said kids eat free Monday-Tuesday 4pm to 10pm it aint true for this location lol Servers and waiters were nice. Manager needs some improvement as I showed him what it said online and he just kept saying "no no no", instead of "our apologies but we don't have those deals unfortunately" and we more than likely would of stayed but since he couldnt do that we left but poor thing hes probably tired looks like a hard job, hope hes getting paid enough maybe he'll be nicer .It was the second time too I get false info :(. so it's a bit frustrating especially when your running low on time but it worked out we went to Whataburger and it was our first time ever there and manager was nice and brought us coupons since we told him we never been to Whataburger in 3 years of being here in El Paso since California doesn't have it and we did save time and money. But yeah not sure if I'll come back To Texas Roadhouse but manager could be a little more courteous I'm sure it was an isolated event so don't go hard on him. Just could say I apologize Mr or mam and you'll probably keep the customers from leaving šŸ˜‰ Other than that its šŸ˜Ž I guess šŸ˜† and I'm sure he didn't mean the way it did look rude though but sometimes it can look rude but maybe he just like that but didn't mean it so this might help him and the business in case more customers like myself come in. This is not relevant but some advice read the whole article and read thoroughly especially before you sign. If you read all the way to the bottom the truth is in the fine print. this world don't play fair! I've learned a lot of hard lessons that cost me a lot of $ back in the day but now I can teach my kids and it made me a bit smarter. IT IS THE 😈 WORLD SO STAY PRAYED UP YALL Jesus loves ā¤ļø you all trust no man but God. LORD HAVE MERCY ON THE USA #justasinnersavedbyGrace.

Please save yourself the time and do not go here on weekends. Waiting time is ridiculously long they offer ahead of time waiting list which in my opinion does not work. Hostesses are unorganized and rude.

Went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. We ordered him a medium well steak and it came out well, rough and flavorless. I told three different employees it was his birthday. We waited over 25 mins after we paid for them to sing. They never came. Sadly my son saw many other birthdays there celebrated and patiently waited for his turn. It never came.

This is Not the first but the third time I’ve Visited this new location on Joe Battle and every time without fail me and my family come in as paying guests and after we receive our appetizers put in our order for our entree’s we have wait 60 min we flagged down one of the the managers his name is Dante he was wearing a pink shirt and he brushed off my husband’s requests to investigate why our order was taking very long then once we asked then they decided to bring out the entrees and we witnessed about four tables get seated eat and leave as we still waited then after Dante’s attention was brought up for the matter we were promised that Kyomi whom I believe is above Dante was going to come out and give us an apology she never once addressed us very unprofessional and decided to zero out the ticket to cover her tracks of the whole order being taken an the bad experience we went through we still tipped our waiter otherwise he was pleasant and as we always tipped and this Manager Kyomi has now done this for the 3rd time with zeroing out the receipt

Had the worst service and attitude from this server jackie I’m a server myself and have never treated anyone like she did to us myself my wife and my daughter she gave us attitude the minute we got to the table since they close at 10:00pm and we arrived around 9:00pm she told us to hurry up and order since the kitchen was closing in 30 minutes and we did as she requested didn’t wanna piss her off more then what she looked like giving us looks and not giving us attention she only gave us bread and one cinnamon butter and it was 3 of us had to ask her for plates silverware and extra butter she proceeded to only bring one little cup of butter like if it was enough for the 3 of us but anyway she never came to our table she was to busy texting and didn’t wanna bug her had to ask the server at the bar to give me a refill of lemonade for my daughter had to call to bring toreados and she said we don’t have none available at the minute since obviously she was to busy txting she didn’t wanna go to the back and i felt the bad vibes and bad service from her and right away told my wife to take the food to go since i didn’t like her vibes attitude and it was just making everything uncomfortable for us and i wanted to buy my daughter a dessert since it was her birthday and we didn’t even buy her one since we just wanted to get out of there i love Texas Road House but i will not be doing business with y’all anymore I’m sure Great American Texas Chop House or any other steak house won’t treat us like they did there and by the way as we were leaving at 10:00pm people were barely getting their food and we got rushed to order it was the worst experience ever here’s a picture of my receipt for any other information Texas Road House needs to take actions into this matter.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at Texas Roadhouse last Friday. This was my first and LAST time dining here. I was enjoying my meal when out of nowhere, a cockroach scurried across my table. Yes, you read that right—A COCKROACH.
To make matters worse, it was right there, crawling on the edge of my plate like it owned the place. I received no apology. No genuine concern. Just a shrug and a ā€œsorry about that.ā€
What kind of restaurant lets their kitchen or dining area get to the point where bugs are crawling on the table? I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening in the back. If they can't keep a clean, sanitary environment, how can I trust them with my food?
I will NEVER return to this place again. If you're looking for a clean, enjoyable meal, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from here. It’s beyond unacceptable. There are plenty of other places where you won’t be sharing your meal with pests.
Zero stars if I could give it. Disgusting.
