Our visit started off pretty rough — the food came out cold and it definitely wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. It took a while for the team to fix it, but to their credit, they did make things right in the end. Once everything was corrected, the meal was much better and we appreciated the effort to turn things around.

I had a very disappointing experience trying tonout myself in the waitlist for a party of 12. The website says you need to call the restaurant for large groups, so I did at 5:02pm. After about 6 minutes on hold, a waitress finally answered and told me the next available group slot was at 7:15 PM. She said she just needed to place me on a brief hold to get a manager’s approval.
That “brief” hold turned into more than 40 minutes. After about 14 minutes, a different hostess picked up and asked why I was calling… meaning the first person never even communicated the issue?. I explained the situation again, and she said a manager would be with me shortly. I waited and waited, but no one ever came back to the phone.
If you are unable to accommodate large parties over the phone, just say so. Don’t make people wait endlessly with no communication. To make matters worse, my mom had already been on hold for 30 minutes before I even called, which shows this wasn’t a one-time mistake.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
I am the mother of hostess and it's very displeasing to onow there are adults who will physically and verbally attack a minor that is just doing her work and has no say in the waiting time. DEAR JEREMY AN BUZZING CLIENT THAT ENTERED THE PREMISES AT 9:45PM DEC-05-25 YOU VERBALLY ASSAULTED MY DAUGHYER CALLING HER STUPID AND CUSSING AT A MINOR. JUST KNOW YOU CAN BE ARRESTED AND DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY IT COULD BE A FELONY. JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT ROYAL TREATMENT AND WANT TO BE SEATED ASAP, PLEASE READ THE POLICIES AND KNOW THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB. I WILL BE ASKING THE MANAGER FOR FOOTAGE TO FILE A REPORT. TO THE OWNER PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR STAFF IS BEING RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES. PEOPLE LIKE THAT SHOULD BE DENIED THE SERVICE. THE MANAGER ALSO GOT YELLED AT.

Not a big fan of chain restaurants and this visit confirmed all my biases. Mediocre food, inattentive service, cold chili, no silverware.. a bit of a mess, really.

The girls at the front were a bit rude, I let it go bc it’s a Friday and they’re busy and I get it but after my overall experience I’ve realized it just wasn’t worth it to eat here. My food was cold, one of my family members bit into a pink pick buried into the food, and there were hairs in another members food. Disgusting and unsatisfied. At least the bread rolls are always good ig. Also shout out to the waitress and manager who addressed the situation accordingly and genuinely. They were the only good thing about the experience.

Ordered 3 dz.rolls on the nov 19 for Thanksgiving. Was.told to pick up the following Wed November 26 at 12 pm. Well rolls weren't ready as I was told.last week. I know this isn't the first time people order rolls so I do believe there is poor planning on their part. Not too sure what happened. Anyway finally got them 20 minutes later.

Togo order for 5 steaks. 1 person running window with no support. I get my food after 25 minutes in line after my pickup time. Food is cold, missing sides, steaks were wrong temp, some rare and one is still blue. Spoke with manager who offered to replace the two worst looking. Then calls back 20 minutes later to tell me to bring wrong ones back with me. Recook was still wrong as they cooked them well done. Is it hard to cook a medium? This place has gone downhill lately and some managers care way less about the quality of food being served.

Well... they did it to me again today!! A week ago I left a comment saying they wouldn't take my takeout order... well, today I went back to place another takeout order and again the girl at the window pretended to take my order and gave me a 40-45 minute wait time... after that time, I went back to the window to pick up my order and surprise! They never put my order in the box... and when I asked them to do it and have it ready as soon as possible, she excused herself by saying there were already a lot of people and she didn't think it would be ready quickly... I called the manager to let him know what happened and that the same thing happened a week ago, and he just hung up on me without showing his face or offering a solution! Things are going from bad to worse! Here's a screenshot of my previous complaint... I hope the business only responds to my complaint to give me a solution to the two consecutive snubs I've received and doesn't just write to me with excuses.

I ordered a to go order and picked it up. Everything was good the steak and mashed potatoes were good but they over salted the baked potato to an extreme where it is inedible. Texas Roadhouse is usually great just alittle disappointed in the baked potato that it just went to waste.
