The food is amazing the staff is terrible they try to close as soon as possible claim they ran out of bagels. always stop serving before the actual time place is run by teenagers.

Ordered little ham (it came on jalapeño bagel) also ordered plain bagel with plain cream cheese (came with jalapeño cream cheese) the bottles water was in a cup not a bottle. I have been to the original Bagel Shop many times and loved it. So disappointed with this order.

The best espresso I've tried in el paso in my opinion! Never get the jitters and super tasty! Not to mention everything else I've tasted is amazing every drink and bagel! The staff is super duper kind always and I'm there almost everyday annoying them with my complicated orders and they always get it right and have a smile! I don't even leave reviews that much but I felt that they deserved a good review for how kind they've been and how yummy it always is. Shoutout to Bianca and Ana they deserve a raise for being awesome everyday and giving my baby pup a puppuccino everyday

Real good stuff... Visiting EP from Cali and I'm so glad I found this spot.. coming from a place that has Bagels everywhere and food blogs on a daily.. The Bagel Shop did not disappoint at all. Staff was friendly quick and every bagel I have had has hit the spot... every time!.. Next time I come back to visit, this will be one of my, breakfast and quick bite, staples.. for sure.
