Amazing food and a very reasonable price. But the staff is rude and not understanding of new customers, even in the phone. They feel is a drag to serve even explain the menu. Greta food horrible service
No-frills place, but consistently good food. It's nothing gourmet and the atmosphere is very casual. Sometimes you seat yourself, sometimes wait to be seated, read the sign. If you want something the way abuela used to make it, this is the place in the northeast.

I feel like ever since they put up those “We’re not a fast-food restaurant” sign, it’s just given them permission to be slow and not give you menus, take drink orders and especially serve the food at a reasonable time. The place was half capacity and 5 or 6 servers. They walk fast and look busy but I don’t know…. Just getting harder to go back.
The Red Chile is excellent though.
