Delicioso y excelente servicio. Muy recomendado
Fast already had order waiting for me
I want to recognize an employee who really stood out today. They were incredibly active, polite, and attentive from start to finish. They stayed on top of everything that needed to be done, took initiative without being asked, and were always willing to jump in and help others. Their positive attitude and teamwork made a noticeable difference. Employees like this are a great example of what dedication and excellent customer service should look like. Great job! Wingstop offers tasty chicken wings with quick and efficient service. Customers often praise the friendly staff, especially noting excellent customer service from staff members like Brandi. Orders are generally taken smoothly, and many find the food to be consistently good. However, some customers have experienced longer wait times, especially during busy moments like Superbowl Sunday, where waiting a few extra minutes is common. The restaurant's cleanliness is usually maintained well, but there are occasional issues with trash on tables. Some customers have also mentioned problems with flavor options and long lines. There have been reports of unprofessional behavior from staff, including making fun of new hires in front of customers, which affects the overall experience. Additionally, in some visits, the place was crowded with flies, making dining uncomfortable. Despite these issues, many customers leave smiling due to the friendly staff and short wait times.
