Only this wing stop takes an extra half hour to make good on a 35 minute wait. Ordered online for a quick in and out once it was ready, my wings were cold because i had to wait for barely seasoned fries.

As always, the tops are very delicious, in any branch...but the service is terrible...I have been waiting for more than 50 minutes for my order and I stopped to ask what was happening...and they boast of telling me that 12 more minutes!!! ????

Horrible service. I placed an order online. That way it could expedite the process. I gave them 30 minutes. I get there and had to wait another 38 minutes. Only giving two stars, because of the food. There always an issue. Yes, I can cook at home. I am trying to give them business.
