Proof & Press is a must-visit spot for craft cocktail enthusiasts. With high-value drinks at a great price, this restaurant offers an amazing quality experience. The servers are talented and provide great service. They can even whip up off-menu drinks, such as one with pineapple, tamarind, and mezcal. The atmosphere has good vibes, and the food menu features flatbreads. Although the restrooms could be cleaner, the overall experience is positive, and the parking is plentiful. It's a chill and unpretentious little bar with awesome bartenders that have a great skill at mixing drinks. The Mai Tai is perfectly balanced, and the Espresso Martini is a rich, indulgent treat. The tea lights for every table create cozy vibes.
