Employees were completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance or even acknowledging our presence. It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. The lack of professionalism was evident in their disheveled appearances and careless attitudes.
Not only was the service terrible, but the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.
