The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. Food in restaurant was delicious & waitress was efficient & friendly. I do think over $300 a night is outrageous. Probably look for a better deal next time. I pass through El Paso several times a year.

Used to be convenient that it was so close but I don’t recommend anyone eat here. I’ve gotten the steak twice it’s always too fatty and well done even if you say you want otherwise (medium). Ordered a burger that was semi burnt and tasted like charcoal, and today for the last time ordered “Chopped Steak” which to my surprise is the same semi-burnt beef patty only this time covered with gravy and onions.

This hotel is next to the interstate, but we were not bothered by noise. It is also located near a stinky factory--not ideal. We had a pleasant, well lit room with two comfortable chairs and bed, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom was small but well lit, with enough counter space. The shower head was good. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bedding could use an upgrade but was ok. Still slept well. Service and food in the restaurant was excellent. I recommend the Korean bowl, YUM! Would stay here again.

The restaurant is conveniently located in the Hilton Garden Inn. There were quite a few things on the menu I wanted to try, but I ended up ordering the Grilled salmon, vegetables, and wild rice ($21). The salmon was cooked perfectly. I did feel like the dish was missing some kind of sauce, but overall it was good. The bar area is really cozy and has a nice relaxing ambiance.
Really loved it. Friendly welcoming and efficient staff as well as the house keeping lady, very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and everything in order. Wide parking space. If I knew before about this place would have stayed here long before. Definitely coming back.

My son and I were worried when we pulled up. However, the inside made up for the exterior. I’m a Diamond Member so we were eligible for $15 credit which is always a nice bonus. If I was in El Paso I would be happy staying there again. The UTEP campus is beautiful. If you can drive by the campus.

The Hilton Garden Inn at airport was one of the best Hilton stays I've had. the staff was responsive and available whenever we needed them. The managers were accommodating to my group needs, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The facility was clean, and the bar and diner downstairs was a nice way to finish the evenings. I give this hotel my highest recommendation. Name Drops: Julia, Austin

The staff is awesome, professional, and kind, attentive to guest needs. I will stay here again when in El Paso for leisure!! The food was good, the room clean and stylish, and the proximity to many great restaurants and the airport is a win win.

We stayed here unplanned for one night on our way flying out due to a cancelled flight. The greeting at the front desk from Sabine was warm and friendly. We we decided to eat dinner at the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal. We asked for Salmon medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and delicious. The service team worked well the together with the front desk helping out the bartender. The room was standard HGI and was up to date with a comfortable mattress. The only complaint was the out of balance bathroom door that would crash into the room door unless closed. Breakfast the next morning as a diamond member was complimentary. Again the quality of food and the service was very good. Overall I would rate this a "high end" Hilton Garden Inn.
