I am from New Mexico and I love visiting Mexican and New Mexican restaurants to see how people make their dishes, con ese pellizco especial e individual, compared to how I learned to make them. It’s nice when you find a restaurant that has simple and good quality food. Salsas, salsa verde de jalapeño y pico de gallo, were spicy and great with the homemade tostadas (chips).
