The wine selection was fantastic and the service was outstanding. We were not only very well taken care of but were routinely checked on to see how we were doing, tipping off wine and water, without being disturbed. The bottle we requested was unavailable but we were provided a list of suggestions and given a brief description of each in an informative way without being talked down to. The environment was cozy and felt just open enough to not feel cooped up and intimate enough...
We had martinis and the baked brie, the corn poblano soup, the shrimp dialvo and the ribeye sandwich and Tres leches cake with espresso and everything was fabulous. The service was good the prices are not outrageous and it's a beautifully appointed restaurant. Had a great time.
Our second time at Thyme restaurant and again did not disappoint. First visit I had the tenderloin medallions and they were delicious. This last time I ordered the scallops and they were delicious as well. From the main course to the coffee and dessert, it was a very enjoyable experience. Cristobal, our server, was very attentive and made us feel valued. I will definitely return.
