For my first time being here with my Family of ten I definitely will not be coming back or recommending this place Upon arriving me and my family got greated in a very rudely way from the Asian front desk guy We asked Him How much of a wait time there was and he said In a rudely tone that For a spot for ten people it was going to be a wait around one hour or 30 minutes but that he couldn't make magic happen I don't know what the meant by that Secondly as we got our spots the service was Super slow Nobody to order our drinks and Food We waited almost 40 minutes for someone to attend to us! Thirdly As our Side of the game finished we went to our spot with our family members then they put a second family on our side The Heaters were turned off by us because I had my new born baby who was extremely Warm due to the high Heater Then the family that was on the other side Just came and blasted The heater without asking us if it was okay so I lowered it down because again Of my child's safety at this point the family comes again and raises the heater I confront the guy and told him to keep it a low level because my child was extremely Hot! They talk to a manager and he didn't even care to inform us or ask us what the confrontation was about I don't care if the other family had an issue ITS MY NEW BORN CHILD SAFETY! Definitely don't recommend

The Asian host (promise I'm not racist, I just didn't catch his name) he's very rude! Made it HORRIBLE to check in! Hated how they have shared heaters ! Creates conflict I believe! By the time I got my food it was cold...! Never coming back! And I DONT recommend it!

I made a reservation Saturday night, for my husband's birthday. I've been to this place a few times and its always ok, but this time it was great. The 5 stars are for our waitress Jerry who was just amazing. He was attentive, patient and very optimistic. He made our experience a five star experience. Thank you!

While my teen son and I were on a Sunday outing at Topgolf, we had to witness Adrian, the manager, berate his employees. It was very uncomfortable to hear his voice overpower even the music that was playing. It ruined the experience because the waitress for our table was the target of it. It felt horrible to hear him speak to employees the way he did.Our waitress took it with grace and even came to our table to apologize for his behavior.
