The gentleman at the customer service desk was not helpful whatsoever. He showed no interest in trying to help me figure out how to use my Groupon, and pretty much brushed me off, and he was imposing that I couldn’t use the valid coupon. When he stepped away I approached the desk and explained to the young lady that was there what I was trying to do.
