The experience when using mobile ordering at this location is terrible. I’ve ordered ahead multiple times and when I arrive it’s a 50/50 chance the order will be ready. Most recently I arrived and they said they had to remake the order because it was given away to someone else. They didn’t even know what my order was, I had to show them the order. I went in today to get some work done on my laptop. The employees are friendly but so loud that they could be heard over my noise cancelling earbuds and loud music. One young male employee comes out into the dining area and starts dancing and almost falls over as he hits a chair. At one point I start moving my head to the music, and that same young man starts laughing. I look over at him and he keeps laughing while maintaining eye contact with me. Was he laughing at me?
