I don’t know if it’s under new management but the workers that are there the black lady if you don’t tip they give you no juice. I’m paying for just ice basically

We have gone several times and it is always closed. I looked up the times on Google and it says they are open, but they are closed. It is 2:45pm, Wednesday May 20th. Every time we've come, we've been sadly disappointed because no one is there.

Evey time I come into El Paso I stop by this place get me my fix of a delicious snow cone ,and a elote cup there so delicious I highly recommend and the staff is very friendly .
This tiny hut is Amazing. The lady that works there is very nice, easy to talk to. I asked for a small snow but with little ice and juice for my son and she did it to perfection. The churro was so delicious. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside with the added right amount of caramel. Also the cup of corn was on point right amount of lime butter and seasoning. Last but not least the nachos were spectacular lots of Jalapeños and good amount of cheese. Such a great little pit stop for on the go or after shopping at Walmart lol.
I've been coming for a while for the great atmosphere, friendly faces, great service, and laughs. Jennifer especially knows how to brighten up your day and treats everyone so kindly. The food is great, the Sno is amazing, I love their corn in a cup (not spicy just a little flavor of chile), and churros. Very clean and well ran stand.
My experience here was amazing. It was so refreshing to be attended with such genuine care. I was blown away by Jennifer's service. My new favorite spot hands down! Snow cones and corn was on point.
