The store has a small electronic loddy with employees that will stand and watch well you don't get your order spend 30 minutes after my order was not put in though the computer I had to do on my own. They didn't ask us if we where okay do t bother going in unless you have a to go online order or using the drive though the company prioritize the employees over the customer in the loddy area anyway ?

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Went in today through drive thru and when my card was swiped and given back to me the guy at the window yelled out it had been declined as I pulled forward. I checked my bank account and there was a clear charge from Wendy's that had just gone through and the money was pulled out. The guy then told me to pull to the first window where the manager was. For being a manager let me start off by saying what a joke of manager Wendy's hires. I showed her the charge on my phone and she proceeded to say well it didn't go through on my system and ask if I want her to swipe it again. ABSOLUTELY NOT! if something is going on with the system and it already charged me once and I'm being denied my food why would I want that again. She then ask me to park so she can make a phone call. I watched her help about 10 people in the drive thru till I figured she was not gonna come help me. So I left with no food and 28 bucks short. Obviously this manager was not properly trained in how to handle this situation and could care less about the customer.

Manager Felix was very rude when the temperature of the building was brought to his attention, seemed to careless that we had to sit outside in the wind which caused the worse experience for us . The cashier that took care of us was sweating and when the issue was brought to the manager , he did not address the issue nor apologize . The whole crew was silent and seemed to be miserable, maybe Wendy’s could consider doing a survey with their employees rating their managers to get their opinion if their managers are suitable for their positions?

Stood at the counter waiting to order for almost ten minutes. During that time behind the counter, a few people walked right in front of me, but no one acknowledged I was there. When I finally ordered, the order was completely wrong. When I brought to the cashiers attention, I get an attitude from her as if I did not just pay for my food and should be greatful to get any thing. This location was convenient, but I think I’ll be back to the Zaragoza location… if at all
