Very nice store but the staff must be new, alot of issues with service, maybe too many trainees and not enough trainers, lack of management or something. Hopefully they will survive and I'll survive because it's a good quality brand that I trust.
The food was good. However, they messed up both of my burgers. I ordered one with Jalapeños, and the other with just mustard. I received no Jalapeños and zero condiments on my other burger. This was my first time at this location... likely the only time. Also, we we're the only customers, so there was no reason to mess up. If my first experience is getting both meals messed up, then it's likely they mess up on the regular with orders. Therefore, I won't be returning anytime...read full review
