This is would be the reason for any uncommon/unusual wait times. And the food is prepared when you order it(from scratch), like your Mom/Granny does at home. Be as patient with them, as you would your own elders please. The food is gold for pallette.Mostly Nigerian cuisine.P.s. people who wrote bad reviews were likely in a rush (therefore they were also likely rude), from what I did read.
