Ordered, only good I saw was the cashier, she was very nice, and took my order.This is a wing place; Why are wings taking 30 minutes to get out when the whole lobby is empty?But because of those 30 minutes I had sitting down, I could watch the kitchen. I used to work at a restaurant, trust me, this place is like health inspector paradise, which is not a good thing.No Non Slip Shoes, other than one wearing crocs. I thought one was a customer because he was wearing a football jersey and jeans inside the kitchen. I saw one without gloves and handling the bowl above the trash can.I love wings and tried wings everywhere in El Paso, I didn't like this.

Horrible horrible service and food, cashier started to argue with me when I told her my order was wrong, and then gave me attitude and left to the back. I never got help with my issue. Plus their restaurant was horribly disgusting tables were barely cleaned. Seems like the restaurant would be better off being operated by monkeys than these scummy ill mannered people. Never going back again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience, so DIRTY, disgusting cashier arguing with me over the phone saying I ordered my own order wrong LOL asked for boneless and once I drive home saw it was bone in, proceed to call and the girl starts arguing with me telling me I never ordered boneless? Are you serious?Said they don't even have boneless right now, along with no burgers either. Retaurant was beyond dirty, extremely unsanitary. I can see why this business is failing and hope it eventually closes down, won't ever take my business EVER again there id rather starve

This is the worst place to eat and for the money you spend! I spent over $100 on my order to go and the wings where wrong fries cold! They don't answer the phone. You're better off going to McDonald's

I used to love eating there until I saw that they don’t clean the bowls after they toss the chicken in the seasoning they just put it back under the prep table that made me sick to my stomach bacteria grow especially with chicken and god know what bugs get in there. Sucks because I loved it. Maybe if they were cleaner I’d go back but I doubt it.

The food isn't the issue, the food is great; when they get your order right... I wouldn't complain if it was an isolated incident; however, it's happened 3 times. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. He passed the phone back to Sarah without saying anything. Sarah was so apologetic and tried to be helpful. Whoever the manager is, the owner should teach him better customer service etiquette. He's making his business look bad because it's being managed by a child.

Food is not good because they don’t cook it right. The time I went the chicken tenders where not even done, they were raw. Also, the other time I went they made me wait like 40 minutes because one of the manger gave my order to another table so I will be suggesting if I could my refund back now that the chicken was raw. Also management is not good because they are not timely managed and the managers are not friendly.
