The food isn't the issue, the food is great; when they get your order right... I wouldn't complain if it was an isolated incident; however, it's happened 3 times. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. He passed the phone back to Sarah without saying anything. Sarah was so apologetic and tried to be helpful. Whoever the manager is, the owner should teach him better customer service etiquette. He's making his business look bad because it's being managed by a child.
NO COKE!!! Really??? How are you not offering, coca cola, Dr pepper, or cherry coke?? Tea is not even a good combination with wings. C'mon now get a better selection of softdrinks!!!
