This place is empty and here I sit 30 min later and still no food. What are y’all doing back there? Are you even working? Is this a joke? It’s literally just 6 wings in an empty restaurant. Please do better.

Went to this wingstop after working a 12 hour shift. They misplaced my order and even when they found the receipt to make my order they were filling the orders of the people who came in behind me. When I got home the fries were over salted.

I usually don't review fast food restaurants, but I think this review is worth posting. I always enjoy my Wingstop, never have any issues with the food, but this time in particular I had a very pleasant experience with one of the employees; Sergio was very professional. I saw him up and down answering questions, taking orders and handling the food, asked the customers if they were doing okay and if they needed anything. I really hope his boss/es see this review and know he's a great employee.

I arrive when they said they would be done at 1:53, it’s a Tuesday and nobody else was there.. I didn’t think it would be much longer, but it took an extra 20 minutes till it was done.. I was the only customer there and it took them a total of 40 mins just to make my boneless wings. I had someone waiting for me at the airport I had to pickup so I didn’t expect that. I get my order and the fries were dry and stale/old so I threw them away, I got home and the order wasn’t correct. They ended up giving me half the order for spicy buffalo & the other half was all bbq.
I ordered 10 Cajun, 10 Asian & 5 bbq. I wish I could blame they were busy but I was the ONLY ORDER they had ?? they didn’t seem stressed either so I’m not sure how they got it wrong. Very disappointed. My first & last time at this location.
Shout out to the Dyer location that has always been on time and never messed up my order though!! ??

Rude guys if you can call them workers also wings were not seasoned well ?? also restaurant closes at 11:00 pm my self and my family got there like around 10:55 pm and they were making excuses not to let us dine in cause they were about close in an hour.

There's a female that works there by the name of Esmeralda she is a horrible horrible person she does not know how to speak to people treats their staff horribly is disrespectful and believes that she runs the restaurant and owns the restaurant this person should not be in the food industry at all she should not even work with people I believe she should be fired immediately absolutely horrible will never go back again!!!!
