Zest offers a wide variety of workouts and schedules to cater to individual needs. The gym boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The recovery area in the locker room and great food at the front make for a pleasant experience. While there is no pool, the gym overall exceeds expectations.
