Food is delicious however the woman in the gray hair that in in the counter is extremely rude to costumers. I came to pick up my order because DoorDash said it was ready, i came in and she commanded me to sit because my order was not ready, not providing me a timeline.

The comment from the restaurant is incorrect. The dinning room had 2 tables and I never raised my voice or yield. The order was for me not any other pick ups. I was never told I was not going to be served simply to sit down in a chair. The restaurant might have a different situation with another customer where they were also rude to them. This is extremely concerning

The waitress really kicked ass. Thanks Nicky! Funny and attentive. The food was good, but plain. Was hoping for a bit more range in the flavors. Spicy garlic sauce wasn't spicy, tsadziki didn't have dill.

Zino’s was great. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and handled everything with so much composure and professionalism,.. especially considering she was the only one working the floor. Major respect to her for keeping such a positive attitude and making sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the customers experience. I’ll definitely be back for both the amazing Mediterranean/Greek food and the great hospitality.

I traveled from Las Cruces with my friend Sam, who is like a son to me, to visit Zino’s Westside location, and it was an absolutely outstanding five-star experience.

From the moment we walked in, our waitress Marissa greeted us very courteously and provided excellent, attentive service. We ordered the trio platter, kalamata hummus, and baba ganoush as appetizers, and everything was out of this world. I would definitely reorder all three again. The falafel sandwich was also fresh and delicious.

What made the visit even more special was meeting the owner, Rosemary. She greeted customers at every table and made everyone feel welcome. Later, I also had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Zino, and enjoyed a nice conversation with him.

I asked if they had fresh jalapeños or grilled serrano peppers, and Rosemary went above and beyond by making us a fresh salsa that was truly one of a kind.

The food, service, and hospitality were exceptional. I highly recommend Zino’s Westside location — they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Tall lady with short gray hair ruined my happy place!!

I have been coming to this place for many years and the environment was always peaceful. This time the food was great as always but the lady with the gray hair kept yelling at her employees, ruining the vibe and changing what was a relaxing night out. Ma’am if you are reading this instead of yelling all night, why don’t you try helping your team, taking care of costumers instead of standing at the bar giving everyone a bad experience?! The place is not that big you don’t have to yell every 5 minutes, please let me know when you are not longer there so I can go back!

Did a to go order. Good food but weird they charge $9 for this little side of hummus thought it was bigger based on the website.

Excellent restaurant, anything from casual to a more formal dinner is perfect here. Authentic and delicious

Food was delicious. One thing was better than the other. Are until I couldn’t. The gyro sandwich and the chicken tabouli wrap was my favorite and the parsley Parmesan fries were so good with Zinos special sauce.

If you close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine being in Greece. The waitress quickly and quietly approach. This lady knows her stuff. Its as she has tasted each and every dish. After her amazing delivery, I felt as if I could smell each and every dish she described. Most have heard about Mediterranean food and its health benefits. The herbs used, the combination of each dish is amazing. My wife and I tried multiple dishes. The food is rich, very tasty. This was our first visit. I have never visited Greece our dip towards eating Mediterranean food. Zino's is an outstanding restaurant. It is now my favorite place to stop in for a bite. I felt great after dinner, no bloating, just satisfied. The chef 👨‍🍳 came out and spoke with my wife and I. Talk about all his dishes and discuss the different spices we were unable to identify. Go, try it. Don't rush, take your time, savor the flavors. Don't forget to close your eyes during the first bite, trust me.
