Passing through around lunch time on a Sunday. Service was a tiny bit slow, but food was good. Chips and salsa are excellent, as was the chile relleno and beef enchiladas. Overall, pleasant experience.
Doesn't look like much but we dropped a deer off at the processor and stopped in about 7:45. Food was delicious! First time having a guacamole enchilada. It won't be the last!

Driving through West Texas, hungry, and passing by Eldorado? This is a small fairly dusty western town and won't be many choices until you reach the next city more than 50 miles away in any direction. Ahh, El Corral. Okay, the place looks decent. Park, stretch your legs, and head on it. Nice friendly welcome. Tex/Mex will be the food of choice today. Order and enjoy the chips and salsa, there's a bit of wait for your food but it's worth it, cooked to order.
