Stopped in on a whim while passing through Elgin and gotta say this is gonna be one of my priority stops from now on. Carolyn and Ashley the bakers are churning out Paris, France level croissants and treats. The front of house crew was super friendly and helpful. Seriously this is one of the best specialty bakery coffeshops in a 100 mile radius. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s a really nice place. We enjoy the drinks and the pastries. The only thing my kids don’t like is that the cookies and brownies have salt on top as a garnish.

A cute, well decorated coffee shop! The couch was comfy, really enjoyed chatting here with my friend. And the artwork on the walls was neat, I liked the artsy texan vibe of them. The mocha cortado I was was very yummy, I wish I could make my coffee at home like that lol. Looks like it gets a little busier around lunch on a weekend.
The pastries here are the best in Texas. Just the best. It’s also the best coffee in town, friendly staff and the there isn’t a better location in Elgin.
