This is NOT the case with Claudia. I met her a few years back by coming to the Healthy Spot for drinks and fitness goals. I stopped buying the drinks regularly and would occasionally stop through to say hi and catch up. She has never once pushed her product or business on me and ALWAYS supports my business in any way she can and helps me brain storm ideas. Offers her personal space and time. No fees and no catch... Thank you for always supporting my adventures and for genuine advice. ❤️ If you live in the area or are just passing through and want to support a genuine person's business who's energy will inspire you to be better then this is your place. What a great environment! I went to Cardio Drumming today with Memo(he told me like a memo so hopefully that’s how you spell it?) as the instructor. Oh my gosh his personality is contagious in the best possible way. Most favorite workout I’ve ever done from dvds, walking, riding bike, yoga, going to gym, etc. The teas and shakes are delicious and Shandy and Claudia were behind the counter serving everyone with smiles. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great experience
