We've had our issues in the past, but these days Wally world has been pretty consistent in the customer service area??

Update: the rentacop in front is annoying as well as the entire store being locked up and the lack of employees around to help. Employees are always kind and helpful even though Walmart makes them do the most just for customers to get in and out. This store is more locked down than Costco. If you need anything worth your time of running in just be sure to double the time on your trip.

They have declined dramatically in customer service.
They are condescending.
They lock up merchandise where you have to push a button to get someone to let you pick out what you want.
Then the employee won't let you carry it to check out.
When you get to check out, your item is not there.
They treat everyone equally though, they treat everyone like thieves.
They have prices listed as one thing on the shelf, yet when you check out, it rings up at a higher price and they hope you won't catch it.
It is frustrating. People do not have time to put up with their arbitrary, selective policies which discriminate against the good guys.
My neighbor called me to ask me for a ride home the other day.
He had purchased several items, including some Pepsi, which was indicated on his receipt.
Before he even got out of the check out area, an employee confronted him, accusing him of stealing the Pepsi.
Instead of checking his receipt, which proved he paid the Pepsi, the employee threatened to call the police.
My neighbor is in poor health, and he was so upset, he couldn't even make it home. I had to pick him up and take him home.
Walmart employees have become pseudo-police officers.
They act as if they have the authority to treat law abiding citizens like criminals and strip us of our God given, Constitutional rights.
I understand that if someone actually steals from them, that they have the right to detain.
But they have no more authority than a private citizen.
As long as you don't steal from them, which is wrong, then they should give one the benefit of the doubt, and get all of the facts straight before pouncing on their customers.
I complained to this young manager one day about the locked up 3 dollar legos.
And he spoke to me like an elementary student.
I have grandkids as old as him.
When I asked to speak to his boss, he said, "His number is on the receipt, call him."
Pathetic!

Fast in fast oit

Locking up all the makeup and then having an employee walk it up to the register before I can look at it makes me not want to shop here.

It's very average, it has everything you need. It can definitely improve on the organization and cleanliness of the clothing section, it can also improve on the cleanliness of the parking lot. But they have excellent customer service. So overall it's a decent branch of this company.

Still my favorite local Wal~Mart.

Good place

Order pick up order at 2 pm for a 501 pm pick-up. Get there at 5 pm and at 502 get a notice that order has been delayed. Call the number rude as he'll person answers the phone saying the could not locate the TV that I ordered asked how long and said could take 15 to 20 minutes. So ok go get gas and come back still not ready wait till 535 still nothing go inside to customer servi e and get a manager looks up the order goes to the back of store and 5 minutes comes back with it. Right after he gets back get notice it is read. The question is what are the pick up order people doing sitting on there thumbs when some body can go get it in five minutes and they can't get it in 3 hours

Works r very rude and not helpful at all
