Bought a 14' utility trailer in 2017 and have had next to no issues that weren't caused by my actions. All that was necessary for me to replace was the tires, and this is to be expected after years/miles of use. I recently bent an axle after taking a turn to sharp, the shop and the office employees were great about getting me a replacement axle the same day that I called, they even stayed a little after 5 PM so I could pick up the replacement.
