This Mexican food is the best I have found not only in Ellis County but DFW area, reminds me of South Texas style- Jalisco style food. Especially the Carne Guisada is made South Texas style all gravy no vegetables mixed in. The tortillas are monsters, a little different, I usually tear them in to pieces to use the are so large-- 😆

“We have been to Taqueria El Jacalito on Kaufman a couple of times, We will definitely be back. They have never let us down. The tacos I ordered were mouth watering and my husband ordered the chicken quesadilla with beans and rice. If you like something spicy then get the orange sauce.
