I don't believe I do not remember having had Popeyes chicken before! We stopped when on our way back home. The chicken was absolutely fantastic: tender, moist, tasty... what else could I want? Their 11 piece tenders was more than enough for two of us, had some leftover, and the price was great also. Will have to find one near us!

Even if you order online, they’re still gonna wait until you get there to make your order.
The only time they ever fully cook their chicken is in the mornings. Nobody knows how to change out the soft drinks, basically drinking straight carbonation. Their staff has no morals

Stood at the drive-through window for more than 10 minutes and nobody helped me

We decided to reluctantly give our local Popeyes one more chance after having incorrect orders and old food several times prior. We should’ve known better but this time around we dined in anyway. To start we were given to-go boxes instead of a dine-in tray, we were missing two drinks and received no silverware. We ordered one regular chicken tender combo and one spicy. We noticed both looked regular so when the employee brought us our missing cups we asked about it and he pointed at one and said it was spicy and when asked a second time to confirm he just pointed again. The “spicy” tenders looked identical to the regular tenders and didn’t taste spicy. Once we brought it to the counter for a manager to see, they then decided to make us fresh spicy tenders and let us know they’d be right out. The employee that lied to us originally tried to bring us old regular tenders AGAIN but the manager stopped him and the spicy ones came out shortly after. Basically the only fresh food we got was fought for and the rice beans was only rice. We will not be coming back. No one apologized not even once. It’d be easier to understand if accountability was taken.

Went in for boneless wings no one wanted to come to the counter for a long time and when she did she was rude the wings were not even cooked right will never go here again

2/23 7-7:30pm. Workers were nice but took around 20 min to get 3 combo meal. The mixed chicken was terrible with hardly any meat on them, stale and burned it only ended up in the trash. They were out of legs, Items were left out that we paid for but didn’t want to go all the way back to get them. Biscuits also stale. For waiting 20 min you would expect something was being freshly made but the tenders weren’t hot either. Now 2 of us are feeling sick going back and forth to the bathroom only a few hours later from eating there and hoping it’s not food poisoning as we hadn’t had any other food from anywhere else this day.

MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING THERE! DO NOT PAY THRU THE APP WITH POPEYES BECAUSE POPEYES DOES NOT HAVE LIVE HELP. I ORDERED ONLINE AT 734 PM..ORDER WAS MARKED READY FOR PICK UP..AT 750 PM I WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND TOLD THEM I WAS THERE TO GET MY ORDER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON IT AND TO PARK OUT FRONT AND THEY WOULD BRING IT OUT. AT 815 PM I GOT TIRED OF WAITING AND WENT INSIDE..FROM 815 TO 840 PM NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE REGISTER TO SEE IF THERE WERE CUSTOMERS OR ANYTHING..WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY CAME I ASKED TO JUST REFUND MY MONEY. SHE SAID IF YOU PAID ONLINE YOU GOT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK ONLINE. SHE THEN PRODUCES MY ORDER AND STATES HERE IT IS AND I TELL HER I DONT WANT THAT NOW ITS BEEN SITTING BACK THERE ALL THIS TIME! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ITS A JOKE. I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE GOOGLE DOESNT LET YOU GIVE THEM 0. THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIX THIS PLACE OR THEY ARE GOING TO RUN IT INTO THE GROUND.
