The ice cream is always great! I love the peanut butter chocolate and the lemon ice cream. The staff today was amazing. There was a young man who waited on us who had incredible customer service and I let him know. We will definitely return ☺️

Got there last night 3/23/24 at 9:32 pm and the doors were locked and sign was off but two boys were already cleaning up… I knocked at the door and they looked at me and said we’re closed even though it wasn’t 10 yet.. disappointed

Always great customer service the owner is very kind and attentive. I can’t resist their peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. It is heaven on earth. I have purchased two ice cream cakes for no particular reason and they were delicious!

Worst service. Girl that was working there wouldn't acknowledge me. A off duty worker ( I assume) walk in the door, went behind the counter helped him self to ice cream cup. He was in pajamas and never washed his hands or put gloves on. But the girl working couldn't say hello or anything. Just a super rude

They were closed before their closing time and when we asked about it they didn’t even care to reply properly. Ice-cream from here is always great but can definitely improve in customer service.

I am glad I asked for my daughter’s birthday cake to be ready several hours before I needed it, because what they made was not the right color and the quality on execution of the design was terrible. The photos show what was on the promotional materials and the cake in the box was what they tried to give me. I asked for my money back and had to call around to find one at another location that was done right.
Delicious! The Mega Stuf Oreo Coffee drink was delicious and the employees were extremely polite and good at what they do. Would come again.

Dirty location. Upon arriving we find one of the employees sitting on the counter. The employee dropped toppings and threw them back in the container. Also we ordered a banana split and they only put chocolate syrup and whipped cream on it. No other toppings. Employee was playing some weird inspirational speaker real loud.

Expectations vs reality is really disappointing here lol. Makes me sad because I have called June 9th and June 13th now & no one wants to take responsibility. I grabbed the cake in a rush not really looking at what they did. As soon as I went to go and unbox it, it was just a straw that was supposed to be the handle that nobody wanted to frost with a big gap & from the front the handle just blends in with the cake. It was clearly just slopped together.../: If you look even the writing is just so rough. Definitely, don't recommend this company as a whole, they don't even have the courtesy to get back to me. I ended up just throwing it away & buying a regular cake very disappointing hope this helps someone in the future.

Try the Baseball Nut flavor! It is delicious!
