What a gem! I'd put Green's up against most top bbq's in Texas. My guess is it will be on Texas Monthlys' top 50 this next go round. I had brisket, ribs, sausage, pork belly, potato salad, green chili mac n cheese, brisket biscuit, and peach cobbler. Can't review the sauce because it was all so good it didn't need it. The BBQ here is delicious. The brisket is beautifully cooked with good bark. The ribs and sauce are absolutely incredible and so are the people working there. The sides are a little bit of a let down which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 but the star of the show is the meat 1000%

The BBQ gods smiles on this day. We were driving and looking for a new place to try. I saw this place and even though it is a trailer on the side of the road the smell called to us.
