Normally I'm a huge jersey Mike's fan but as soon as you have an issue they hide behind the fact that they are a franchise so they don't have to do anything. not the level of service I expect from Jersey Mike's. Very disappointed.
They don't seem to be able to process orders through the app or online service in a timely fashion
