We have shopped here for 7 years but I can no longer recommend it. I placed a pickup order earlier, received confirmation and reminder emails, & went to pick up my order at the appointed time. It had inexplicably been cancelled. Not by me! But by someone at Kroger. No one was at ClickList at 8:20pm, despite the pickup window being 8-9pm. Just don't come here for pickup. I live 7 mins away stood parking for pickup for over 30mins. I saw the drop off person ONCE since pulling in. All 6 lanes are taken. I had to wait for this one on top of that I'll be going out for pick up in Southlake from now on
