I came to be alone and have me time and was watching a show the volume was way down and she approached me and told me there were other customers to turn it down.the other customers were two other tables and their conversation was louder. And the food was mediocre at best. Just stay away there are plenty of other great Asian places worth more

My husband and I came here for the first time. He ordered the beef udon soup and I ordered the Philadelphia roll and the Alaskan roll. Everything was so delicious! Definitely coming back! 10/10!

Since the new owner bought the place, the potions are smaller and the prices have gone up more than 50%!! Crispy Shrimp, a must have when I go, went from $6.00 to $9.00!! Everything I order has gone up more than I ever expected. I still love the food, but I can no longer afford to eat there 2X a week. I’ll still be a patron but only every 3rd week or so. Disappointed. There’s also a woman server there that YELLED at me for using my own White Jasmine tea bag!!! The new owner only carries green tea, which I don’t like. When the bill came she charged me for tea even though I used my own tea bag. Very tacky service. If I didn’t love the food so much, I would never go back because of her humiliating me in front of other customers.

We live Lava Grill and have been coming here for years. Fuji mushrooms are AMAZING!!! Our most recent visit was for my birthday with our kids and family friends. We had hibachi and everything was delicious and our chef was great!

We have been coming here for quite some time. The service and atmosphere has drastically changed. The cooks are no longer interacting. There’s no show, just cook and go. The soup was chicken broth, no flavor. The salad was old lettuce from a bag it seemed, brown and old, the dressing was so bad. Not that of a sushi restaurant dressing. The flavor of the steak, there was no flavor. Sushi was sub-par. Pad Thai had a weird taste to it, like a spoiled taste. Did not even eat. The pricing has become ridiculously high. Will not be returning.
