The food is fantastic, can't really complain about it at all. But almost without fail our order is not ready when they say it will be and we end up waiting 10-20m beyond the estimated pick up time to get our food. It's really frustrating when you are in a rush or have kids in the car. Just be ready for that if you plan on ordering for pickup. And if someone else shows up early they just sit at the drive through window and you have to wait 10m+ for them to get their order. Tell them to go around or something.

Chef Welch and the rest of the crew are incredible. The line was long but not for long. I’m welcomed in every time I come to visit and eat. My friends and family also highly recommend coming. This establishment prioritizes in-store purchases over online orders. Despite placing my order online 44 minutes in advance and extending the pickup time by 30 minutes, my order was neglected in favor of in-person orders. I witnessed three families walk in and order AFTER MY SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME, and receive their food promptly, while I was left hungry. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I have no intention of returning. No I do not care to elaborate because your staff never offered one time to deliver the order on the fly.
