Maybe we got there a bit late. Service was good and friendly. We each tried a different pizza. All agreed they were barely better than a good frozen pizza. The crust especially poor, tasteless and card boardish, this was the thin crust. And there was no soap in the men's bath and no ice for drinks.

This is about hair.I thought for sanitary purposes hair is to be restrained by ALL FOOD HANDLERS?The woman that is behind the counter today, Friday April 19 at 11am has a high ponytail that not only constantly swings across both of her shoulders as she makes the pizzasit sweeps across everything on the cutting table everytime she bends to look into the oven.This is not acceptable and I will not return to nor recommend this location, until it is addressed and modified.

Great choice for customized pizza at a great price. Service line moved really quickly. The pizza came out just as fast. The employees are friendly and hard working. The pizza is always great because it's made exactly the way we want it. We use the app and take advantage of the $5 off Monday special. The restaurant ambiance is fast food style with plenty of tables, including outside seating. Overall, best choice for pizza.

Pizza is very good despite being made quickly. They have plenty of crust options and choices of pre built pizzas. One other big plus is that the soda fountains have diet dr.pepper.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLEEE!!! me and my father went in there to enjoy a nice slice of pie. When we went in there they had started cleaning, and note they close at 9:00 and it was 7:20. I know people wanna go home but if you have a bunch of customers in there you DO NOT need to start cleaning and putting the chairs up. I got my pizza 15 minutes later and decided i wanted ranch. I go up there and ask for some. the cashier makes a snarky response in THE RUDEST WAY saying it's 81 cents for ranch plus tax. That's where I drew the line WHAT KIND OF PIZZA PLACE makes you pay for ranch. Not to mention they have all the secret little hidden fees that bump you up almost 10 dollars more. Never going back there again. One thing i am happy about is Mod pizza is open.

Me and my wife went to Pie five Thursday night and this 2nd time, I really didn't feel welcome. The pizza was really good but the customer service I didn't approve of. The guy with the partial bald head at the register wasn't very friendly. I don't know if he was racist or just didn't like me asking for more garlic butter on my pizza. His attitude is ugly and I don't appreciate him coming over and watching me put some magic dust on my pizza. Not very good customer service ?

I saw my friend with pizza and thought, "Dang that sounds so goooood!" I walked into Pie Five in Euless tonight and the employee named Gianna did such a fantastic service, her helpfulness, and considerate kindness to celiac's disease and the cleaning of the equipment. Love this spot! Celiac disease safe!! No stomach issues after! Will be coming back!

Dixie and Zachary have the worst possible attitude to be in customer service. I purchased a 5 topping pizza and was told by Ms. Sheila and Ms. Teresa that it comes with it due to being charged once by it. I went back with the knowledge from the upper authority that it comes with it. So upon my purchase I stated that I would like a ranch with the pizza Zachary tells me it cost “.84” which isn’t a problem however I thought it came with it. So then i ask him if he can clarify with the manager. Then Dixie says she’s the manager i politely said Ms. Dixie I know your not the manager if i can get Giovanna or someone in charge. She stated “No im not going to call them when they are off, if you want the ranch it cost.” I walk away to make a phone call just to comeback and see my pizza on the edge not asked if I want magic dust or anything. It’s so disappointing. This never happens at the other locations!
