It always amazes me how incredibly busy this location is and how well they do putting out really good food quickly. Clean bright dining room, friendly staff and the food is always hot and fresh.
I don't dine at Rosa's very often. But I don't mind it when I do. It's always a pleasant experience. From parking lot to placing my order to receiving the food, to the dining part. It's always pleasant, the locations I've dined at have always been clean and well lit, the staff is professional and courteous, the food has always been hot and fresh.
The food reminds me of Don Juan's in gp. It's not a 5 star restaurant but it is good tex mex comfort food. It's better than taco bell but a step below your favorite Mexican restaurant. But I would definitely go back.
