We go every day for a protein power plus made with almond milk. Seems like new people in there cause as of lately our smoothies taste like total trash. Globs of protein powder and partially crushed ice. Someone needs to fix it quick. Such laziness. Disappointing

Service is one step below Walmart during Christmas season. Clerk got my order wrong and blamed me and said "now we have to remake it" Are you kidding me. I get minimum wage, but if you are paying her more than $1 an hour she is overpaid. Last time visiting this location.

currently waiting in the drive through. It's 6:38 and this store is supposed to be open.... Watched the employee sit in the car as I looked up the hours (OPEN at 6:30) waited to enter the drive through and watched the employee enter the building late. I have to get to my job and clock in before 7 and I just wanted smoothie king during their regular business hours.

Tried something different … Go Go Goji Crunch BowlIngredients:Açai base, Purely Elizabeth® Granola, Whole Blueberries, Diced Strawberries, Honey, Goji BerriesDISGUSTING!!! Something in there is tooo sweet like maple syrup… a total waste of my $13. The strawberries were NOT fresh!!!should’ve stuck with the Caribbean Way smoothie like I normally get!!! Or continue to go to Nekter!!!

I asked them to remake my Açaí bowl because they gave me it half empty, and their 11.99. But, what made me more furious is that the staff making it whispered to each other “ I don’t know why she asked to remake it” I asked because they must have used the scraps from my other Acai bowl and just poured it on my second one I ordered, which was not enough for what I am paying for. It was way too empty to be even considered a Acai bowl . The employee on staff who took my order was Alyssa at the cashier at 4:31 pm. Next time talk about the customer when they leave the building not when their still right there waiting for her remaining order. Thanks ?

I came through the DT right before close (I’m sorry ?) but the 2 girls working were super nice regardless. They are my smoothie perfect too! Huge shout out to them for not rushing the last minute customer. I didn’t catch any names but it was 10 minutes before I posted this so hopefully that helps.

Mondays through Fridays it lists 6:30am as the opening times. I’ve driven by at 8:30am, the open sign is off, and there’s next to no lights on inside. Nobody answers the drive-thru, and there aren’t any cars parked in front of next to it. So I guess the employees show up when they want to work?This location has really gone downhill over the past year or so, it’s unfortunate.

Euless store 0792...Hwy 121 and Glade. After waiting a long time in the drive through (a long time even for a Smoothie King) I finally made it to the speaker to order. I ordered 2 medium smoothies and 1 small smoothie. She repeated the order back and she confirmed my order of 2 medium and 1 small. When we finally received our order (again, after a very long wait to get up to the window) it was 3 medium smoothies. When I told them that one of them was small, and that was what was confirmed at the point of ordering, after giving it to us, they asked for it back so they could put it in a small cup. I'm not a person who tries or wants to get more than I paid for, but we had already waited a very long time and when the mistake is on their end the correct process is for them to adjust the price to what I ordered and allow us to keep the drink rather than ask for it back to put it in a different cup. I told the girl that and she said "I can't give you more than you paid for", at which point I told her "yes, when it is an error by you then you make it right by the customer...that's customer service." All she did was say "have a good day" and close the window. Further, there was no mention of "I apologize for the wait" or anything of that nature. I will NOT be going back to this Smoothie King again. BTW...I tried to post this on their web-site and the site for making comments on a specific store is conveniently "temporarily unavailable". We'll see if it is available tomorrow.

They were super understaffed but this one worker was going crazy! Young white guy with brown curly hair was running around between drive through and serving the inside while his coworker did dishes. he was awesome!! the workers here all need raises. this location is busy and they are working hard!! kudos to that guy!
