It should be mandatory for every fast food restaurant to wear hair nets! I found someone’s grey hair in my coney, very disgusting!! The hot dog and chili were cold. Who eats cold food with hair!? Every thing went in the trash!

Service was fine, although they did give us mozzarella sticks when we ordered onion rings. When we brought it up, they replaced it no problem. Food wasn't great, quite disappointed. Definitely not nearly as good as other Sonics I've been to.

Order on the app at your own risk. They leave stuff marked as in stock and when you show up they try to get you to pick something else of “equal price”. THEN they can’t refund you in the store because it was an app order. Of the same company. When you call the app customer service, they take 7-10 business days to refund you ?? What a joke. How sonic stays is business is beyond me.

Horrible service. Waited several minutes for someone to answer to take my order when it was not busy only a few other cars there. While ordering the guy taking my order was so rude not letting me speak interrupting me. When the good came out the car hop came out and handed me my food and drink and just left, I hoped I had the correct food at the time. I had a second order that when she brought that out she did the samething just handed me my food and drinks which I had 3 of and after handing me those drinks she asks if I need a drink holder? Why the drinks were not already in 1 being there were 3 drinks plus the one from my first order I have no idea. Not the best of service here today but this is not the first time I have had issues here. Hoping that management sees this and is able to retrain these employees.

Alarming food safety issues.Our ice creams had a really bad chemical taste almost like burnt plastic and all the person on staff could say is I’m sorry I just started Today. She couldn’t understand what I was saying and I was trying desperately to let her know she needed to address it so people don’t get ill. Be careful with this location is your food tastes off discard it.

The service here was horrible. The manager was extremely rude! We ordered a Coke Zero and manager very rudely said they don't have Coke products, so instead we ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper and again manager very rudely said they don't have coke. Apparently, the whole fountain drink dispenser was not working. Which, would have been understandable if the manager was better mannered and explain in a nice manner that they were unable to take fountain drink ordered at this time. There was absolutely no need to be so rude. On top of that some of our food was cold. We are will absolutely not be returning to this location.

Lady couldnt hear or get the order right took several minutes to get her to understand i wanted garlic bacon cheeseburger combo i really had to explain that i 2anted food from a restaurant to a restaurant worker i dont understand how i could have had a worse experience and the burger had barely any garlic and tons of overpowering onion thanks for the onion bacon cheeseburger with garlic dot just wonderful and not at all flase advertising
moved to three different stalls to wait and get my order taken and it took them almost 15 minutes to take my order. also ordered and paid for an extra proportion on my blast and they gave me no toppings at all whatsoever. i used to work at a sonic and i understand that being a car hopper is hard and stressful but i have never not once waited this long for my order to be taken and for it to come out wrong. i’m not upset at the car hoppers at all as i understand that it is a very hard job but the manager should make the schedule properly with enough people during rush hour instead on making three girls manage the whole store

I went there this morning for a Coke, after swallowing the whole thing down. I open my cup to the little drink nozzle inside. Like how? I contacted the store, no manager on site. That’s really disgusting and I’ll never return due to that.

I feel like this local Sonic is always out of cup sizes and drinks that we want. They typically do not let you know what they are out of and will just replace it with whatever they feel like. Regularly eat here since i dont live far and each time i buy a shake its skimpy on the fruit. Usually the fruit its all the way through the shake but at this location they put a little on top and there wont be anything but vanilla ice cream at the bottom. Its just not right and they're cheating the customers by doing this.Once i wasnt given my children's apple sauce so to me it seems they are cheats. I realize the economy is bad but this is unacceptable i wont be wasting my money and health here no more.I haven't confronted them because i feel fighting over food is a stereotype but they are cheating me out my money.**Buyer Beware**
