Order on the app at your own risk. They leave stuff marked as in stock and when you show up they try to get you to pick something else of “equal price”. THEN they can’t refund you in the store because it was an app order. Of the same company. When you call the app customer service, they take 7-10 business days to refund you ?? What a joke. How sonic stays is business is beyond me.

Horrible service. Waited several minutes for someone to answer to take my order when it was not busy only a few other cars there. While ordering the guy taking my order was so rude not letting me speak interrupting me. When the good came out the car hop came out and handed me my food and drink and just left, I hoped I had the correct food at the time. Alarming food safety issues.Our ice creams had a really bad chemical taste almost like burnt plastic and all the person on staff could say is I’m sorry I just started Today. She couldn’t understand what I was saying and I was trying desperately to let her know she needed to address it so people don’t get ill. Be careful with this location is your food tastes off discard it.
