I had a mobile order which is 100th time i am doing it and the guy says he needs an email and was talking as if he was doing a favor inspite of showing him the mobile app and that payment is done. That guy was frustrating and instead of helping customets talking to them as if they are asking him free food is not
I changed my rate from 3 yrs ago... the AM crew are 5 ? but these new evening crew are rude and act like I'm asking them for money when I ask for ketchup... I had to ask twice and the lady ignored me.. again I asked and just handled it doesn't even say anything...no customer service ?
