Online ordering was fine. Food was not. I've never had this issue with waffle House. But my toast, bacon, and hash browns were burnt. If I could get my tip back I would. And real people don't even answer the phone anymore.
Foscia was our server, she was very friendly and as busy as it was she was very attentive. Food was fine. But an older waitress (who goes by Slim -I asked for her name) anyway this Slim was very rude, loud and definitely not a team player-she created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
