Had a wrong order placed. Order before and and Decent service from one guy but no help on my order. didn’t realize the error until I got home. Tried to return the 10 boneless for classic. Offered to pay difference, didn’t care at all, I’d never order boneless wings but new phone and app ordered it from a new login with no history yet.. Either way pretty trash to not take a return or meet in the middle. Only 10 wings and I made it clear they haven’t been touched.

This was the second time my order was wrong. It happened on 11/6/2025 Thursday around 8:40 p.m. orderwas under name of VED. I am thankful though for making the order right in second attempt. I should have been careful and checked the order before i left. Not very high on the customer service aswell. Only leaving a review because it happened again. Thanks for the experience

Warming: no more beer!!! I mean, Wings-n’-beer is synonymous for beer and wings. Somehow they decided that “Diet Sprite and Wings” sounds just as good? Wait? what? No joke…. I used to love their wings (!) but without beer?.. so sad.. moving on.

I lost the receipt for the survey, but Jacques was so kind and understanding with my friend and I about our meal. He was very warm and understood when we were tired and trying to describe what we wanted. He made sure to double check that our food was correct and was working hard in the kitchen. Love this location.

First time there, the workers were really nice and the place was very cleaned. I was actually shocked that the food was so hot because other locations it seems like they don’t bring the food out as quick. I can’t say enough and I’m happy for the experience. Thanks guys

The food did not taste the same. The fries are no longer fresh cut potatoes, they are now from the bag. They have also changed the recipe for the ranch (it's thicker). The regular hot flavor does not taste right either.

I went in not knowing what to get, Cristian was very helpful and gave me his opinion on the flavors, he even went to the kitchen area to give me a sample of the new flavor, I was really surprised by this since not everyone really does it at other Wingstops! The food tasted amazing, the host was very interactive and made us feel very welcomed, we got our food in under 8 minutes! The lemon pepper with the honey are top tier.
