Went to place an in store order they weren't taking any. Some other customer there placed an order 4 days before and couldn't get it. Are you a real business? Seems not, cannot handle demand. Shame on you! Lost my business forever, but y'all probably don't care anyway

I'm a regular customer here at the Euless location,and normally the food is good. Lately the fries have been overcooked, and sometimes I will get one or two over cooked wings. Not edible.

This place or the manager Anthony deserves a zero star review but it's impossible. Ordered online and forgot to request all flats so called the store the see if they could make the accommodation. They mentioned a dollar fee but the app never charges me for the all flats. My order came with ranches for every combo, I paid EXTRA for the ranch and when it wasn't in the bag they said I didn't pay for it and made us pay for new ones. when I confronted the manager about charging me for the all flats he was shoving it in my face that their POS charges a fee but I ordered online and it doesn't charge a fee. He always wants to start some kind of fight when I go in there and it's very frustrating and he has horrible customer service and should not have the position that he has. I will be contacting corporate and should I contact my lawyer for the "dollar charge for all flats". (picture below for proof)

Came in today and Anthony the manager is very professional and courteous. Has excellent customer service and food was amazing it was fresh and hot and everything was perfect. Great music was playing on the radio. I remember him when use to work at the main location in Euless when he was just an assistant manager. Caught up with him and was to surprise to hear how well he’s done over the years. To point he’s a general manager keep up the great work buddy

If I could give this place a zero star I would. It he manager “Anthony” or whatever his name is rude and unprofessional. We called in an order and when we received are food all of it was wrong. We already made it home by the time we checked are food so we had to go back to the location and once we got there we spoke to him again about are food and he tried to make it seem like we messed up are own order. He shoved the receipt in are face and was arguing with us over the food like we just weren’t in there. Once we entered the place and we told him are food was wrong he “said how is it wrong”. I asked for my receipt to make sure the refund was right and he said “ it’s right there in front of you”. Then he didnt even give us what we paid for.. I paid for a whole other side that wasn’t even there.. and then gave me fries when I didn’t even order it with my meal. Then didn’t even give me the refund for the side. Then when leaving he was throwing the food back into the bag and caught a whole attitude. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Ever time we go here it is always a problem. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. If he acts like this with people I don’t think he deserves to be a “manager “. So I hope it was worth all that when all you could have done was fix the food. “ANTHONY” hope you enjoy the little time you have there because that will soon be over. You use to work at another location in euless.. wonder why you move there ?… probably the same issue. People go to another wing stop to get your food because this one has horrible customer service…and is very unprofessional. You put in the application to work there not me so don’t get mad when you have to do your job. Just because you are a manager doesn’t mean you have to act like that. I could literally pay your whole salary and more.. humble yourself next time or come take lessons from me on how to be a manager. I could teach you a few things.
