Food was DELICIOUS and huge portions! Staff was so friendly. I’m thrilled to have this new restaurant in our neighborhood!

Yaksa Restaurant and Bar is a wonderful and authentic Nepalese restaurant, considered a hidden gem and one of the favorite such spots in town. It is a beautiful, family-owned establishment with a warm, inviting, and aesthetic atmosphere, featuring an upscale bar area. The menu offers lots to choose from, including fresh, delicious, and flavorful Nepali cuisine, some Western options, and Indian dishes. Specific praised items include the tender and perfectly seasoned Mutton Bhutuwa, the rich and aromatic kerau tarkari, spot-on momos, Chili Momo with a great crunchy texture, perfectly balanced curries, and a very tender chicken vindaloo. Portions are generous and everything is served hot and fresh. The staff is really nice, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and good at their job, providing quick service. The restaurant is also kept impressively clean. It is a highly recommended place in the DFW Metroplex for a great overall experience, ensuring customers will never be disappointed and will definitely return.
