“This little restaurant on wheels has a 5.0 perfect rating so I guess it’s the best in the area! So nice try everyone else but this little restaurant with a hitch has you all beat! So grab a 2X4 and a perro caliente and sail past all the brick and motor honorable mentions with your middle finger held high suckaaaaaaaas!!!“

“A must place! Mark and Lisa are the owners. I was asking Lisa about the homemade salsa so what does she do??? She goes in her food truck and prepared fresh homemade chips and a big cup of salsa. She also gave me 2 containers of guacamole. I'm not crazy about guacamole but my wife tells me I need to try it. It was delicious. The salsa had very good seasonings and flavors and the homemade chips were the best I've ever had. I will be back for sure.“

“Delicious pizza! Growing up in the Northeast, I got spoiled eating real pizza prepared by Italian masters in little dark holes in the wall. We’ve tried every pizza restaurant in the area and some were okay, edible, they’ll do in a pinch and others have been a disgrace. This is good pizza. The crust is crispy and would be good without the sauce. The sauce was rich, but not sweet, thank god. Generous cheese and it was baked to perfection.I love cheese pizza, but I’ll be trying toppings next time. We have found our go to place for good pizza.“

“My teriyaki chicken was really good. There was enough for my husband too. The spring rolls were yummy, hot, and crispy. The 2 dipping sauces were delicious. The atmosphere at the Mabank Truckyard is fantastic; lots of picnic tables and wven outside toys for kiddos. They gave a small stage for weekend bands. 2 xl portable Patty's and it looks like there are constructing 2 bathrooms.
