“Yessss!!! 100% gluten free food truck. First of all, the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. But to the important stuff - the food is 10/10. Delicious, crispy seasoned fries with amazing sauces (the spicy mayo is bombbb), the fried alligator bites were perfectly breaded and crunchy, boudin ball was amaze, and he says no one ever orders them but the chicken tacos were so good as well! I also had the dessert Brie bread which was divine. You can tell he really cares about his craft and his customers. You don’t even miss the gluten at all. Would recommend to anyone!“
“We got the chicken shawarma. He warned my husband he would be jealous if he didn't get it. He was RIGHT! I got mine spicy, husband got his mild. We sat in the truck and DEVOURED our food... eyes rolling in the backs of our heads. Definitely a must have, 10/10 would recommend again and again!!! Don't make poor life choices and miss out on this! Come get you some!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this taco truck deserves ALL the hype. Every single time I come here, the food is amazing and the service is even better. The woman who runs it is seriously one of the sweetest people evershe’s always so welcoming and kind, and you can tell she really cares about her customers. Now let’s talk about the food… the quesabirrias?? Absolutely unreal. Crispy, cheesy, flavorful, and the consommé is perfect every time. It’s easily my favorite thing to eat, and no one does it like this spot. You can taste the love in every bite. If you’re even thinking about trying this place DO IT. You won’t regret it. This taco truck has me coming back again and again my favorite place to eat every Friday I treat to myself“
